Off Ice Strenghning Program for Figure Skaters
Focusing on dynamic movements, plyometrics, agility and cardiorespiratory
training for figure skating. Formatted as a warm-up or post skating workout (not to interfere with on ice training). High intensity class which combines strength and power development along with balance, cardiorespiratory, and flexibility training. Training through use of free weights, resistance bands, fitballs, medicine balls and much more!
